IET / IRSE Railway Signalling and Control Systems training course 2024

This is postponed from the original date - Now takes place between 30 September - 2 October 2024 (Part A - live virtual) and 8 - 10 October 2024 (Part B - in person in Stevenage UK)

The highly regarded Railway Signalling and Control Systems (RSCS) course is back for 2024. This course takes place over six days, with a hybrid approach of 3 days live virtual between 30 September - 2 October and in-person at Futures Place, Stevenage UK between 8 - 10 October. There is also a technical visit in London on the last day.

The programme of this well-established course is updated year after year to provide you with the most up-to-date contemporary training on signalling and control systems. It features more than 25 individual sessions, covering a range of core signalling topics. The course also features a technical visit (London UK) as well as ample time to discuss content with the speakers, ask questions and network with fellow members of the railway community.

This year, the course has been split into two parts giving you the option to attend the whole course (Parts A and B) or part of it (Part A or Part B).

Part A will take place virtually and will cover the fundamentals of signal and control systems as well as, signal system design. Part B will be delivered in-person focussing on systems implementation and includes the technical visit.
