The De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms are on Great Queen Street, which connects Covent Garden to Holborn in the west end of London. With a history dating back to 1775, the building has long been an important event venue. They are at 61-65 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DA, a 5 minute walk from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations and 30 minutes' walk or a short taxi ride from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston railway stations.

We are also planning for the 59th Annual Dinner which will be on Thursday 8 May 2025, subject to contract.

57th IRSE Annual Dinner was held on 11 May 2023

Over 360 people from across the railway industry joined us at the 58th Annual Dinner held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London UK.

We are delighted to announce that over £2,300 were raised for our linked charity RedR who have sent these thanks to all those who donated on the night -

I am writing to extend our heartfelt appreciation on behalf of RedR UK. We are immensely grateful for your invitation to the IRSE dinner and your generous support. Your commitment and contribution play a vital role in our mission to train and support aid workers, organisations, and communities to prepare for and respond effectively to crises within humanitarian, development, and peace-building contexts. Through your continuous support, we can continue bridging the gap between the humanitarian and engineering sector.

We would love to keep you updated on our work. Please find a link to receive our newsletter: RedR UK (list-manage.com).

Thank you again for your generosity and for choosing RedR UK as the charity for this event this year as well. I would like to extend our gratitude to the IRSE President and the entire committee.

We hope that you will join us for the next dinner on 9 May 2024
