Kaushik Nag, Director Kyosan India PVT LTD will be joining the section for their online presentation on 22 June. Kyosan Signalling Solutions will be giving a presentation on K5D, their latest SIL-4 certified Computer Based Interlocking (CBI) which has been extensively deployed in Japanese Railways and has been approved for installation in Indian Railways. It will cover K5D features / architecture/ advantages / reliability index / Maintenance approach. Presentation will also cover the development of Kyosan’s CBI, other signalling systems including CTC and TMS and development of design automation, testing and validation tools.
Kaushik Nag, Director Kyosan India PVT LTD, graduated (BEEE) from Anna University Guindy Campus. He has 26 years of Railway domain experience. He started his career in 1996 at L&T , ECC Division and spent Initially 6 years in Design, Materials assessment, Installation and then testing & commissioning engineer of OHE / TSS / SP / SSP at the RE Project. From 2003 he moved into signalling engineering and completed various Relay Interlocking/ Electronic Interlocking project in Indian Railway/ RVNL, later on moving to Hyderabad Metro as a system Designer, testing & commissioning engineer. In 2011 he joined Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt Ltd (DAMEPL) (Now under DMRC) as a Signalling Head with an additional responsibility of PSD system. In <2013, Mr Nag joined Kyosan, as Director of Kyosan India Pvt Limited responsible for key technical solution provider for India and Indian sub-continental countries looking after Kyosan India Operation.
