Logbooks

Maintaining an IRSE Logbook is an important part of preparing a licence application, and being a licence holder.

Logbooks are used to record details of training, qualifications and work experience. IRSE licence holders are required to have and maintain a logbook (either an electronic or hard copy version), which Assessors will review as part of the assessment process. You can buy an IRSE logbook from our online shop, use a company logbook or create your own using our tailormade inserts available for download in the list below. As a minimum, logbooks shall contain the following sections: witness status list, logbook reviews, licence details, record of work experience, record of training/learning and a record of complaints.

Please only order logbooks from our online shop or ring the licensing team on +44(0) 20 7808 1192 - do not send your credit card details by email.

Always ensure you are using the latest versions of the logbook pages. The latest versions will always be those on this website.
