The IRSE Younger Members' section are delighted to announce the second seminar in their 'back to basics' series presented by the authors of the IRSE News articles themselves.

In this seminar, Francis How, will be presenting on 'interlockings'.

Francis How FIRSE is highly respected for his technical knowledge and is a longstanding member of the IRSE. He worked for British Rail, Railtrack and Atkins, as a technical director of the Railway Industry Association and Chief Executive of the IRSE. Francis was part of IRSE council for many years and was appointed as president of the Institution in 2012-2013.
