NEW DATE!!

In the IRSE Western section's first presentation of the season, Greg Morse from RSSB will talk about why Corporate memory matters.

This session will use the Clapham accident of 1988 and how it came to happen to demonstrate how a causal chain can link up, and the models we can use to understand and learn better.

This event will be held in-person at Tricentre 3 in Swindon and online via GoToMeeting. Please register via Eventbrite regardless of attendance method - it will help us inform you of any access requirements.

Papers usually last around an hour, followed by a Q&A session. The venue in Swindon will be open from 17:30, refreshments may be available.

All IRSE and non-IRSE members are welcome to join us at this presentation.
