Minor Railways Section summer visit to Fawley Hill steam railway and museum

The IRSE Minor Railways Section has arranged a summer visit to the Fawley Hill steam railway and museum on Sunday 31 July 2022.


The unique museum, not generally open to the public, includes a working 1 1/4 mile long standard gauge railway, complete with signalling and signal boxes on the steepest adhesion-worked railway line in the UK with a ruling gradient of 1:13.

There is a registration fee of £21.

Booking has opened for this invitation-only event, with a limited number of tickets available. Please see attached flier for further details and booking form.  Due to the notice period required by the museum, closing date for applications is 27 May 2022.
