Christian will talk about his 40 years in Operations in the North West. He started as relief signal box 'lad' at Manchester Victoria, reached to the dizzy heights of area operations manager and is currently the project operations interface manager for the North West Route, leading on all aspects of the operational interface with projects. Chris is based in the North West Rail Operating Centre (ROC) and will cover the role out plans for the ROC.
