London & South East meeting: minimising safety risk - what is grossly disproportionate? An online lecture
30 Apr 2020 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Section: London & South East section (email londonse@irse.org)

April's London & South East section online meeting will look into 'minimising safety risk - what is grossly disproportionate' with David Crawley.

David is the managing director of Xanta Limited, former main board director of London Underground Limited and former COO of both Metronet companies.  He is a railway engineer who is able to offer us a very interesting insight on safety risk in transport infrastructure, based on a number of rail and road examples gathered from his many years of working closely with TfL and its predecessors.  It will certainly give all engineers food for thought on how safety risk is considered, costed and managed, and promises, with David's usual enthusiasm, to be a lively evening.

This is being held as an online lecture - there will be opportunity to ask David questions via the online system.

To register for this free event before midnight on 26 April, please book via Eventbrite (for logistical purposes).
